spicy crab, spicy tuna and kawaire with seared hamachi,cilantro and red jalapeno with sweet chili sauce

Ikura, Uni, and Tobiko with quail egg
To drink:
asterix gimlet: hand peeled kiwi pureed, shaken with gin and lemon-lime juice. served on the rocks with a dash of soda. (yum!!)
